Carmela has been a Real Estate Sales and Rental Associate since March 2002 after relocating from Syracuse NY, where she was born and raised.  She lives in Portsmouth with her husband, Jim, son, Dan and daughter, Katie.  Carmela and Jim are boating enthusiasts and enjoy traveling.  She also enjoys cooking and baking, always trying to add her own personal touch to new recipes.

Carmela has specialized in locating suitable rental homes for many military families that temporarily relocate to the Newport area to attend the Naval War College, Department Head School, etc., or finding clients the ideal Summer/vacation rental in addition to assisting first-time homebuyers achieve their goal of home-ownership.

Her previous experience in the Travel and Insurance Industries has enabled Carmela to provide her clients with an extraordinary degree of customer service.  She is responsible, diligent, detail-oriented and has excellent listening skills that makes her clients feel confident and comfortable in working with her whether you are buying, selling or renting property.
