Karen Heagle was born and raised in Connecticut, but Newport has become her new and cherished home.  With years of academic experience, Karen brings well-developed organization and interpersonal skills to the servicing of her real estate clients.  She is passionate about making all of her transactions positive, pleasant experiences.  As an Accredited Home Staging Professional, Karen is able to consult with Sellers to assist them in preparing their homes for smooth and timely sales. 

Professionally, Karen is a member if the Newport County Board of Realtors, the Statewide MLS, the National Organization of Realtors, the Rhode Island chapter of Accredited Staging Professionals, the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, the Newport County Chamber of Commerce, and the National Women’s Council of Realtors.   She is active in the community as a board member of the Newport Chapter of The English Speaking Union, a member of the Newport Art Museum, and the Preservation Society of Newport. 

Karen’s children are a big part of her life, and she is the proud mom of two wonderful ones.  Her daughter, Amy, is a pharmaceutical analyst, while her son, Luke, is assistant director of investor relations for an international pharmaceutical company.  When Karen is not servicing her clients, she enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, painting, swimming, or pursing some creative endeavor.
